Sales Director – Healthtech
Role: Sales Director / Head of Sales (full time, permanent)
Location: Remote (UK based, travel as required)
Our client is an innovative healthtech start-up, spun out of Oxford University, with a mission to bring digital transformation to the healthcare ecosystem.
Having developed a cloud-native platform, the business provides a comprehensive suite of SaaS-based solutions designed to streamline processes for practitioners and patients alike. With a clear value proposition, the technology has been successfully commercialised and the business is rapidly expanding its customer base of private and public healthcare organisations.
In order to accelerate this growth, the company is now looking to hire a proven and talented sales leader who will help drive revenues to the next level by taking ownership of all aspects of the sales cycle.
With responsibility for devising and delivering strategy, nurturing client relationships from inception to close, and building/mentoring a team, this individual will be intrinsic to the continued success of the business. As such, it requires someone with a track record of selling technology-based solutions into the healthcare sector, ideally in an entrepreneurial/early stage environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate high performance against revenue targets and sales quotas, will be an effective and compelling communicator, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by health practitioners.
