Operations Director – EV Charging

This pioneering business is a leading manufacturer and developer of highly innovative EV charging solutions that save customers money, as well as the planet. Based on the strength of its technology, the quality of the product, and the ease of installation, the company has quickly become the supplier of choice for the installer base.
Supported by its investors, the business is now scaling rapidly to meet the ever increasing demand for their offering, amidst the exponential growth of the EV market. To facilitate this, a highly experienced Operations Director is needed to develop a resilient manufacturing and supply chain strategy, and lead the ramp-up in production in line with forecasted demand and business growth objectives.
The successful candidate will:
– Have extensive operations leadership experience, encompassing manufacturing and supply chain, in an electronic assembly environment
– Have a demonstrable track record in ramping up manufacturing capabilities, ideally where processes are yet to be standardised
– Be highly quality orientated, a hands-on operator as well as a strategic decision maker
