Evolito, the world-leading pioneer of electric motors for the aerospace industry, has appointed Richard Ormandy as Director of Operations, with the support of Upscale Partners. Richard brings a wealth of experience in leading the scale-up of aerospace manufacturing operations and bringing new products to market, with a track record of working with leading organisations such as BAE, Airbus, and Leonardo. This marks the latest of several key appointments Evolito has made to its leadership team, in partnership with Upscale Partners. Richard joins Mukesh Patel as Chief Engineer, Simon Wright as Director of Programme Management, and James Wilby as Head of IT. James Wilby joins Evolito as Head of IT
Upscale Partners is excited to announce that we have supported Evolito, the world-leading pioneer of electric motors for aerospace industry, with the appointment of James Wilby as Head of IT. James joins from Cauldwell Marine, where he was IT Director and, in addition to his startup experience, he brings a track record in IT leadership roles for large automotive and engineering organisations including GKN, JLR, and RLC. Upscale Partners is partnering with Evolito to build their leadership team and this marks the third key appointment, joining Mukesh Patel as Chief Engineer and Simon Wright as Director of Programme Management. James Falla joins Indra as COO
Upscale Partners is excited to announce that we have supported Indra Renewable Technologies, one of the UK's fastest growing electric vehicle charging manufacturers, with the appointment of James Falla as COO. James brings a wealth of experience in scaling manufacturing and engineering operations for large international organisations such as GKN and TRW. More recently, as COO of Ceres Power, he supported the scale up of operations to mass production, growing the market valuation from £10m to over £1bn.
