  • As a Director of Intramezzo for eight years, she worked with IP rich, pioneering companies to help disrupt existing markets and create new ones through the appointment of executive and non-executive talent.

    She understands the investor agenda and is able to use her experience and insight to identify those exceptional candidates who can deliver the value her clients require: hypergrowth, commercialisation and internationalisation.

    Georgina enjoys long-standing relationships with her clients and has a genuine passion for seeing them succeed – supporting them through a range of talent challenges such as succession planning, team build outs and exit planning.

    These appointments have gone on to help lead her clients to successful exits - one investor was able to exit within two years, with a 3x return to shareholders. In another, she supported the company through a process of succession planning in the lead up to the business being acquired for over £50m, enabling an exit route for the CEO.

    Georgina is also accredited in Belbin Team Roles, with deep expertise in creating balanced and effective leadership teams.

    She also has expertise in supporting clients on major strategic initiatives – an example of this was a large, global M&A project where she advised the board on critical aspects such as management team due diligence and assessment, as well as providing the team that delivered technical due diligence and execution consultancy.
